Magazine Restrictions:
We cannot ship magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds to: California,
Hawaii, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and Toledo, OH.
We cannot ship magazines with a capacity greater than 12 rounds to: Chicago, IL
We cannot ship magazines with a capacity greater than 15 rounds to: New Jersey,
Cincinnati, OH, Aurora, IL, and South Bend, IN.
Be sure to check your city, county, and state legislation before ordering magazines.
Ordering:
Currently, we only accept orders via our on-line store. We have partnered with
Authorize.net for the benefit of processing credit card orders. This partnership
allows our customers to securely place orders on-line, ensuring a positive and
safe experience.
You can also place an order by using PayPal or a Cashier's Check/Money Order by
selecting this option during checkout.
At no time will we have access to your credit card number-we receive only a confirmation
code when your transaction is approved.
The moment an order or pre-order is submitted, your card will be charged. It may
take up to 5 days for the transaction to hit your statement.
If your "ship to" address is different than your "bill to"
address, we reserve the right to first receive confirmation and reason, verbal
and otherwise, prior to shipping your order. If we are not comfortable with the
reasoning you provide, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your
funds in full. This is another step we take, to ensure customer safety and eliminate
fraud.

If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please

that includes a total price, which will include shipping costs.

Class A & B Uniforms:
All Class A & B Uniform Shirts/Pants are sold and delivered unaltered/unhemmed. In order to ensure that your pants/shirts will be altered to your ultimate satisfaction, please use a local tailor you trust..
Out of Stock Policy:
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances
fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from
the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly
being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can
special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship
within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily
mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you via
e-mail and adjust the order's status if the item you ordered is out-of-stock or
backordered. Please be sure to give us a valid email address.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from
the manufacturer. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order
the items. Pre-orders are reserved with payment on a first come, first served
basis. Be advised that pre-paid orders always get priority for delivery.
View Order Status:
The "View Order Status" section of our store allows a customer to check
the status of their order, giving them real-time visibility of where the order
is within the process. To use this feature, please enter the Order ID you received
within your confirmation e-mail from Thedutyrig.com, as well as the e-mail address
you entered when you placed your order.
If for some reason your order does not show up, please contact us immediately

Shipping:
We ship most orders within 24 hours from the receipt of a valid order. All orders
will ship UPS, unless noted otherwise. We do not ship
on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We ARE able to ship to a P.O. Box.
Insuring Shipments:
All orders are "F.O.B. SP PP & Add" meaning that the ownership of
the product(s) passes from thedutyrig.com to the customer the moment the items
are received by the carrier(s). Shipping charges are prepaid by the customer and
charged at the time of order. Insurance liability and claims are the responsibility
of the customer, once any/all products are shipped. If you need a copy of your
order document for the benefit of filing a claim with the carrier, send an e-mail
to orders@thedutyrig.com that includes
your Order ID.
Return Policy:
We offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee on every product we sell (item must not have been opened and/or used), except: sights,
magazines, tactical lights and lasers, range bags, and clothing--there are no returns on these items. If a product
was used and/or if the packaging was opened, Thedutyrig.com will gladly offer
a store credit on items returned, except: sights, magazines, tactical lights and
lasers, range bags, and clothing. Holsters may be returned for store credit only,
as long as all packaging is complete and intact. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON FOOTWEAR, so please be sure of your footwear order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to The Duty Rig at 113 N. McHenry Rd., #156, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. PLEASE NOTE: We will refund your money less a 15% restocking fee.

Disclaimer:
The Duty Rig, Inc. reserves the right to revoke or cancel any stated offer at any point during the order process. We will not be responsible for errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions in our listings and reserve the right to cancel/refund any applicable sales as a result.
Warranty:
All products, unless specifically stated otherwise by the manufacturer on their
packaging, carry an implied, 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing
or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall
into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Should the
product you receive have be defective, please contact the manufacturer directly,
immediately.
IP Address:
The IP Address of your computer is recorded every time you place an order with
Thedutyrig.com. In the event that a fraudulent order is placed, Thedutyrig.com
reserves the right to share the IP Address, name and address with appropriate
authorities.
Sharing Data:
We collect customer information for the purpose of completing orders only. We
will never sell, share or distribute this information to any outside party.
